​Communication: We use professional email and photo services to send your service updates and gate security photos.

​These providers are only authorized to use your information to perform these specific tasks for Midwest Scoop Squad.

​Data Retention:

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active customer of Midwest Scoop Squad.

​Service Records: Information regarding your yard cleanings and gate photos are kept for the duration of your service contract.

​Legal & Tax Records: After you cancel your service, we are required by law to maintain certain transaction and billing records for a period of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

​Cleanup: Once these periods expire, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
