Service Access & Safety Policy
Access: Gates must be unlocked and clear of obstructions on your service day. If we cannot enter, the full-service fee still applies to cover our travel and time.
Pets: For the safety of our team and your dogs, please keep pets indoors or secured during our visit. If an aggressive or unrestrained dog prevents entry, the stop will be skipped and charged.
Missed Service: If we are locked out or cannot enter due to a pet, we will perform a "double scoop" on your next scheduled visit at no extra cost.
Cancellations: Please provide 24-hour notice for any skips or rescheduling to avoid being billed for the visit.
Weather: If severe weather prevents service, we will notify you and attempt to reschedule for later in the week.
